Shipping charges are displayed on Step 2 of the checkout process. You just need to enter your address and our system will automatically show you the shipping charges. We may face some delays due to COVID-19 but our average delivery rate is 10 working days.

Here are a few things to consider while you wait for your order:
- We ship in business days. Monday – Friday, excluding national holidays.
- When you receive a notification that your order has been shipped – Then shipping starts from the day your receive this email.
- The estimate above does not include manufacturing time – we need 1-3 business days to make sure your custom order.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
We at St. George e-Store want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, hence we provide you with the exact measurements, information and pictures of the product. There are no cancellations. All orders placed on the website will be processed once you complete the checkout process. However, we’ll do our best to accommodate you if you need to make changes. Please contact customer service within 24 hours from the date of your order. All sales are final sale, no return, exchange, price adjustments or cancellations will be permitted.
St. George’s Store will accept for return, you can either return your order for a full refund or half refund after sending us a report and contacting us. We will study the case,inspect and check the availability to approve it. You can return your purchase for up to 21 days from the delivery date. Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Maximum weight per package is 20 KG, over 20 KG will be sent by two packages and so on.
